Catalog Dashboard

The table and screen shot below describes the Catalog dashboard. .

Access Catalog Items

Click on the Catalog then Catalog Items tab.

Overview

  Name Description
1 Page Name The name of the page that is currently being displayed.
2 Refresh Click this icon to refresh the data in the table.
3 Actions & Related Views Related Views or Actions that can be taken and that are associated with this page.
4 Field name Choose the column you would like to search against.
5 Operator Choose the operator you would like to use for your search.
6 Search Term Choose the search term you would like to search on.
7 Go Click this button to perform your search.
8 Add Condition Click to add additional search parameters to your search.
9 Reset Click to reset your search.
10 Total Number of Items

Total number of items that are available to be displayed. If any search terms are provided, this number will reflect the total number that match your search term(s).

11 Batch/Bulk Actions

Take action on multiple items. This is referred to as a batch/bulk action. Once you've clicked off the desired check boxes next to each row, choose from the available list of actions in the drop-down.

12 Preview

Displays preview of the catalog item.

Note: Preview images are only available after the catalog item has had a preview file uploaded (Print on Demand or AdHoc), or the catalog item has been configured (Personalized)

13 Catalog Name The name of the catalog item.
14 Catalog Identifier The catalog identifier, if applicable.
15 Catalog Item Type The type of catalog item.
16 Workflow Step

The workflow step that the Catalog Item is in. This determines which actions are available. See "Catalog Item Workflows" for more information.

17 Access List Management Any access lists management associated with this item.
18 Resources for this Item

Any assets associated with this item. In the case of PrintOnDemand, this is where you would see the PDF once you've uploaded it.

19 Additional Actions

Actions that are less frequently used are grouped in this drop-down. The number of actions displayed in this drop-down will very based on user entitlement or catalog item type.

20 Restrict Access

Add an Access List to this item. See Restricting Access to Catalog Items for more information.

21 Duplicate Catalog Item

Copy this item and make quick changes without affecting the original. You will be prompted to enter the name of the new item.

22 Open in Designer

Only available for 'personalized' catalog item types. Launch designer to begin tagging a personalized item. See Designer Overview for more information.

23 Submit for Approval

Submit this item for approval. The catalog item will go through the approval process for catalog items, as described in the "Approvals Section".

24 Edit Catalog Item

Edit this item to open the dialog described in "Editing a catalog item".

25 Categories Assign this catalog item to category.
